Biography

Dr. Ruslan received his masters degree (2010-2012) in Astrophysics at Nakhchivan State University and graduated with honors. In 2013, he entered the doctoral program for the preparation of the doctor of philosophy, 2108.01 - "Astrophysics and stellar astronomy". He also passed a scientific seminar for a PhD on "Photometric and spectral properties of the symbiotic star CH Cyg". About 40 of his conference materials and articles related to symbiotic stars have been published. Currently, he is the head and temporary director of the "Positional observations of celestial bodies" department of the Batabat Astrophysical Observatory of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In addition, he also continues his pedagogical activity as a teacher in the department of General and theoretical physics at Nakhchivan State University.
