Biography

Dr. Elradaf has done his PhD in Ain shams university, Faculty of Science, Physics Department, this time had been great impact on widening his research interests. His research interests broadly encompass condensed matter physics as a whole but lay in particular in preparation of nanoscale materials and their various technological applications especially new materials for solar cells. He is currently working as an Associate Professor in Physics Department, Faculty of science and Arts from Al Rass – Qassim University, Qassim, Saudi Arabia. Elradafs ultimate goal from his PhD was to investigate low-cost materials for solar cells using the antimony compounds. He has published more than 60 research articles in various national and international journals.
