Manuel Abraham Gomez Martinez

Biography

Abraham has a BSc degree in Nutrition, he mainly interested in health problems such as abnormalities in water metabolism, diabetes, hyperglycemia, ketoacidosis, risks of obesity and weight control. He also have a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology, and his field of research is cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and nutrition such as dietary fat intake. He recently obtained PhD in clinical epidemiology, and his research project was focused on patients with HF plus COPD and body water imbalance and their survival. Abraham participated as a reviewer of articles for publishers such as Cambridge, Oxford and Elsevier. He have been a professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, and currently, He is working as a professor at the Graduate School of Nursing at the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.

Research Interests

Abnormalities in Water Metabolism Diabetes Hyperglycemia Risks of Obesity Weight Control and Cardiology.
