Jose Luis Arcos Vegaia working as a Professor and researcher at the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC). He completed his Bachelors degree in statistics (1998), Master of Science in Engineering (1994) and Doctorate in Educational Sciences (2003). He has participated in publications in the area of technological innovation, strategic management and process quality, higher education, science and technology, conferences and book chapters and articles for over 25 years in the sector. He worked as evaluator on issues of strategic management and technological innovation, education and financing and improvement techniques and methods to evaluate processes in the industry. His Research interest involves management, quality, engineering higher education, finance and science and technology (STEAM).
