He is currently registered as a Specialist Physician specializing in Occupational and Environmental Medicine in New Zealand and Australia. As Director, Humane Factors Exponential Limited, registered in both New Zealand and Australia, he manages healthcare service provision and management in his area of specialization. He is a Fellow of Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Royal Australasian College of Physicians; Australasian College of Aerospace Medicine; Royal Aeronautical Society (UK) and Aerospace Medical Association (USA). He is an Academician in International Academy of Aviation and Space Medicine. He has a basic medical degree, three post-graduate diplomas, four Master degrees and one doctoral degree; these qualifications are in Aerospace Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Business Administration, Human Factors Engineering, Management of Information Technology and Public Health. He has been Senior Medical Officer, Senior Manager, Head of Business Development, member of hospital clinical board and member of Health and Safety Advisory Committee. He has been faculty at University and won Teaching Merit Award. His education and work experience has taken him from India, where he was born, to UK, USA, Singapore, New Zealand and Australia. His employed part-time at present as Senior Medical Officer, Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand. He has a medical assessor for Pain services and Concussion services in New Zealand and provide such services to six national healthcare clusters.
