After graduating from the Ergonomics program at NYU, He has been employed at the Faculty of Physical Therapy, Mahidol University, where he serves as an instructor, physical therapist, and researcher. His research focuses on the psychophysics of manual material handling, back belt usage, and office ergonomics as they relate to WMSD and metabolic syndrome. Additionally, He teaches biomechanics, exercise therapy, sports physical therapy and ergonomics to physical therapy students.
From 2019 to 2023, He served as the president of the Ergonomics Society of Thailand (EST). As a member of the Asian Council on Ergonomics and Design (ACED) and the International Ergonomics Association (IEA), EST advocates for ergonomic interventions in the Thai industry and educates the public on the role of ergonomics in health promotion. During his presidency, the Thai Journal of Ergonomics attained Tier 1 certification in the national standard.
