Biography

Iskra Ventseslavova Sainova is currently working an assistant professor in Institute of Experimental Morphology, Pathology and Anthropology with Museum. She has many publications. Her main goal is directed to design of maximally safe experimental models for providing, on the one hand, of active tumor-suppressor genes for prevention of eventual malignant transformations, and, on the other hand, of active oncogenes for prevention of early aging and death. Her main idea is connected with a balance in the activity between oncogenes and tumor-suppressor genes, but also between the protein products of both gene types, on cellular and organism levels, both in vitro and in vivo.
