Khaled Allam is an associated Professor in applied radiation measurements from 2014 at Egyptian Nuclear and Radiological Authority, he has been started working in radiation measurements since 1998 at Central Laboratory for Environmental Measurements, Inter-comparison and Training (CLEARMIT). He has a deep experience in the field of radioactivity detection and measurements, sampling and sampling collection strategy and planning, samples preparation for different types of radiation measurements especially for hyper pure germanium detector (HPGe), Gamma ray spectroscopy analysis and calculation, dose rate modelling and simulation, geographic information systems design and programing. Also, he has a very good experience in computer software and programing using Delphi and Visual Studio, database systems design and programing. He has been attendant in many training courses arrange by IAEA, LANL and EU in radiation measurements, radiation safeguard and dose rate measurements. Also, he used to be a lecturer in many courses arrange by EAEA in radiation detection and measurements. From 1992 to 1998 he used to work in nuclear theoretical physics at physics department, faculty of science, Banha University as MSc. scholarship student and apart time as a software programmer, which give him a deep experience in nuclear models and software programing. He was graduated with BSc from physics department, faculty of science, Banha University at 1992 with very good degree (81.1%), MSc in nuclear physics “Study of rotational bands of some even-even nuclei” and PhD in nuclear physics “Use of Nuclear Techniques and mathematical models for the evaluation of the radioactivity levels in Ancient Egyptian Monuments”.
