Biography

Stephen JM Kitua is a Senior Medical Officer, and a licensed Medical Practitioner (Tz), with monitoring and Evaluation expertise for over ten years. He has been the co-investigator and coordinator for the implementation of research including Clinical Trials. He has monitored the implementation of various research including Rectal Artesunate Clinical Trials, Catastrophic costs encountered by TB patients in Tanzania, HIV and TB (TBHAART) projects and project manager for maternal congenital Malaria (MOMs) projects. He has been a research coordinator for Post Ebola Awakening research paper (East African Health Research Journal 2019/Volume 3 | Number -1. He has vast clinical experience and can handle patients and clients with care abiding by Good Clinical Practice while observing Tanzania Health Delivery Guidelines. Ability to accommodate multitask assignments and report on time. He is a tutor as well as a mentor for health and allied institutions. To date, a principal for Santa Maria Institute of Health and Allied Sciences.
