Biography

Dr. Crasta with more than 35 years of teaching/research experience, He is a Professor of Physiology at LECOM, NY. Throughout his career, he has worked in 10 different countries and assumed various academic and teaching roles. His journey began with his master’s degree and PhD from Manipal University in India. His post-doctoral studies at McMasters in Canada and his Clinical Research Training at the Academy of Applied Pharmaceutical Sciences in Canada, followed by the Keenan Research Centre at the University of Toronto, have all contributed to enhancing his clinical research expertise. He has made notable achievements in guiding students through USMLE Step 1 training at the International American University in St. Lucia, American University in Antigua, and St. James Medical School in St. Vincent. His dedication and commitment to his students have gained him the respect and admiration of his peers and students alike.
