Biography

Srinivasan Chinnapaiyan received his Ph.D. (2012) in Biochemistry-Endocrinology from the University of Madras, Chennai, India. Srinivasan Chinnapaiyan was awarded Junior Research Fellowship (2008-2010) and Senior Research Fellowship (2010-2011) in Department of Science and Technology (DST), India, during his Ph.D. Srinivasan Chinnapaiyan moved to the Prague (2012-2013) as a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Experimental Medicine, Department of Molecular Neurophysiology, Czech Republic. Srinivasan Chinnapaiyan received the Edu-GLIA (PITN-GA-2009-237956) award, an Initial Training Network funded by European Commission under the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) (2012-2013), France. Srinivasan Chinnapaiyan worked on DEHP, impair the insulin signaling and leads to insulin resistance. Avoidance of DEHP may be useful for the prevention of type II diabetes. Moreover, Srinivasan Chinnapaiyan worked in calcium signaling/imaging and homeostasis in magno cellular neurons and terminals in arginine vasopressin (AVP) and oxytocin (OT) transgenic rat. Currently, Srinivasan Chinnapaiyan is doing as Postdoctoral Research Associate, Department of Immunology, Florida International University (FIU), USA. Srinivasan Chinnapaiyan published several quality research papers in peer reviewed scientific journals and presented my work in many national & international scientific conferences. Srinivasan Chinnapaiyan was the membership of national and international scientific organizations including Society for Reproductive Biology and Comparative Endocrinology (SRBCE) and Society for Personalized Nano-Medicine (SPNM).
