Zireva Davison is currently working as a lecturer at Morgenster College of Education lecturing in philosophy of education. The areas of his expertise are philosophy of education and research methods and statistics. He is a part time lecturer in two Universities, lecturing in philosophy of education and research methods and statistics. He is both an internal and external examiner of PhD thesis in two universities. He attained the following qualifications with the University of South Africa (UNISA); DED Philosophy, MEd in Philosophy, Post Graduate Diploma in Tertiary Education (DTE) (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) (majoring in Education and Statistics). He also attained a certificate in education with the University of Zimbabwe. He had published seven articles and eight book chapters. The latest of the articles and book chapters are; African philosophy: A nebulous label for demeaning indigenous philosophies of people of Africa (2022) in the Journal of philosophy and Culture and a book chapter- Online courses: An Antidote to Traditional Andragogy in D. Goundar (ed) (2023) in Massive Open Online Courses- Current Practice and Future Trends respectively. He is also a reviewer of journal articles for seventeen journals. And also a participant in national and internal academic programmes which are; the Quality Education Project (QEP) sponsored by Save the Children, Archaeology of Ubuntu Project sponsored by the National Research Foundations (NRF) of South Africa and he is a facilitator of the Quality Education Project in teacher education colleges in Zimbabwe.
