Dr. Enida Bozheku is an Associate Professor of Criminal and Procedural Law at the Faculty of Law, Tirana University, and currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Law at “Qiriazi” College University. She holds two Doctor of Philosophy degrees: one in Criminal and Procedural Law from the Department of Criminal Studies, Philosophy Law and Canonic, Faculty of Law, Sapienza University of Rome (2014), and another in Political Studies from the Faculty of Political Science, Sociology and Communication, Sapienza University of Rome (2020). She also completed an Executive Masters (LL.M.) in International Business Law at the Faculty of Economics, Sapienza University (2009), and specialized studies in Human Resource Management at the Institute of Social Research and Managerial Training in Rome (2008). A graduate with distinction from the Faculty of Law, Sapienza University (2008), she has been practicing as an Attorney at Law in Rome and Tirana since 2009. Dr. Bozheku is an external lecturer at Telematics University “eCampus” in Rome and “Aleksander Mosiu” University in Durrës, Albania. She is the author of numerous scientific articles and three monographs published between 2014 and 2017. Her areas of expertise include criminal law, juvenile justice, childrens rights, gender-based violence, criminology, and socio-psychology. Actively engaged in civil society, she participates in projects promoting democracy, rights, and political issues. She is a member of Rotary Club Tirana International (since 2021), the International Association of Penal Law (AIDP, since 2010), and CESIAL (since 2010).
