Biography

Sermin Tetik is received her PhD degree in Biochemistry at University of Marmara (Istanbul-Turkey). Currently, she is profesor at the same University in Istanbul-Turkey. She has joined two research as fellowships that one of them is at the Center of Pharmacology-Pathology of Medicine School of Loyola University, Chicago in the 2013 and Florida Cancer Research at Florida University, Orlando, USA in the 2016. She is currently the project director with her research team focusing on thrombosis–hemostasis, proteomics and modification of protein structure and function, and cancer study. She has successfully completed her administrative responsibilities as an advisor of several PhD and MSc students. She has published more than 40 scientific journals and over to 40 international abstract in reputed journals, has several book chapters, and gave many invited lecture. She has been served as editorial board member of repute journals, she has received several awards and honors.
