Biography

Jordi Soler Alomà is a doctor of Philosophy and a Graduate of Education Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy in University of Barcelona, February 2002. Degree in Philosophy and Education Sciences in Universitat de Barcelona, July 1995. Regarding complementary training, he have: Certification of Pedagogical Aptitude, Certif. of research sufficiency, Certif. evaluation of teamwork, Certif. of teaching leadership, Certif. of Final Degree Projets direction, Master in Biofeedback and Musical Informatics, Certif. of teaching English: Oral Fluency, Catalan Level C, Certification of Pro Tools and others. His academic itinerary, in addition to carrying out multidisciplinary studies, is as follows: Teaching courses on language analysis and public speaking at the College of Doctors and Graduates, as well as various subjects at the Pompeu Fabra University (Tecnocampus). Preparation of teaching plans and some textbooks for these subjects. He have been a member of the Tecnocampus SSIT research group and its Research Committee since its inception, participating in various lines of research. Member of the organizing and scientific committees of several congresses organized by this research group. Also participated in the Economic Research Group together with Lluis Maria Xirinacs, economists, sociologists and mathematicians. He was a founding member of the independent research group on "Neuromarketing". He has collaborated in numerous digital publications on philosophical, political, sociological, scientific and related to audiovisual media; he have also had public epistolary exchanges with Mario Bunge and Manuel Sacristán on essential aspects of their philosophy of science, among others. Currently he is focused, within the scope of the philosophy of science, in all the fields in which there are unquestioned a priori (that which is taken for granted and not questioned) both in the scientific and social fields.
