Biography

He Labing is a third-level professor, doctor of fermentation engineering, doctoral supervisor, 100-level talent in Guizhou Province, academic leader of Guizhou University, senior food safety engineer. He has been engaged in the research of applied microorganisms in the food industry, enzyme engineering and technology, probiotics, healthy food, comprehensive utilization of plant resources and predictive microorganisms for more than 20 years. Since 2015, he has published 19 SCI papers, 4 EI and 4 national first-level journal papers as the first author/corresponding author; 16 authorized patents, including 4 transfer companies, presided over 4 National Natural Science Foundation of Chinaand 6 provincial projects. He got the third prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of Guizhou Province. He has served as a reviewer for many international authoritative journals, a review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and a reviewer for master and doctoral dissertations of the Ministry of Education.
