Biography

Dr. Zhiguo Fu completed his B.Sc (2000) in Engineering of Petroleum from Southwest Petroleum Institution, Geophysics and Seismology M.Sc. (2003) from Southwest Petroleum University, and Geological/Geophysical Engineering Ph.D. (2007) from China University of Petroleum, Beijing. In Chengdu, Sichuan, China, he has worked as a Geophysical Engineer from July 2006 – June 2012 (6 years), Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Company Limited (CCDC) CNPC; Geophysical Senior Engineer, July 2012 – June 2017 (5 years), CCDC; Geophysical Senior Engineer, July 2017 – January 2022 (4 years 7 months), BGP CNPC; and Teacher, March 2022 – present, School of Geoscience and Technology, Southwest Petroleum University.
