Biography

Davide M Ferraris studied chemistry at the University of Torino (Italy) and carried out his doctoral work in the Department of Structural Biology at the Helmholtz Centre for Infection research (HZI) in Braunschweig (Germany), and he received his PhD in 2008 from the Hannover Medical School (Germany). He is currently working as a researcher in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Eastern Piedmont, Novara (Italy). His research activities are mainly focused on the structural and functional characterization of M. tuberculosis virulence factors and drug targets.
