Biography

Sankarasubramanian J, currently working as a Bioinformatics Scientist at University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, NE, USA, from September 2018 to the present. His doctoral dissertation was “Comparative genomics and phylogeny analyses of Brucella”, Initially, Sankarasubramanian J, Masters and Bachelors degree in Bioinformatics. have experience in Bioinformatics and genomics data, especially in NGS data analysis RNA seq, 10x genomics data analysis like Single-cell (ScRNA-seq, ScCNV, ScATAC-seq). Currently, Sankarasubramanian J, have an experience in analyzing the infectious disease and eukaryotic genomes with Bioinformatics methods. Sankarasubramanian J, have 30 publications (with 9 as the first author) in the reputed journals like Translational Psychiatry (Nature publisher), Frontiers in Medicine, Molecular Biosystems; Infection, Genetics and Evolution; OMICS: A Journal of Integrative Biology etc.
