Dr. Anto Pradeep Raja Charles is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (Nebraska, USA) in the Department of Food Science and Technology. Dr. Antos research areas include protein biochemistry, precision fermentation, functional foods, ingredient functionality, and food packaging. Overall, his goal is to develop a novel and sustainable food system with enhanced functionality and safety. His significant research contributions to the food science community are evident through his scientific articles published in several high-impact journals. In addition, Anto has received different professional awards and fellowships from pioneering food science organizations, including the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), American Oil Chemists Society (AOCS), and Phi Tau Sigma: Honor Society of Food Science and Technology.
