Biography

Dr Yuzer was born in 1991. He got her college degree in Food Engineering at Ataturk University in Turkey. His masters program was on meat and meat products and he completed at Atatürk University. Afterwards, he completed his doctorate education at Ondokuz Mayıs University, Department of Food Technology. In the meantime, he started to work as a lecturer at Bayburt University in 2015. He was appointed as a assistan profesor at the same university in 2023 and still continues this duty. He has published several articles and papers in national and international journals and congresses with different impact factors and his work is cited by researchers worldwide (h-index 6). He has been a reviewer in many International (SCI and SCI-e) journals.

Food proteins Food Chemistry Characterization of Proteins Optimisation Techniques Chemical and Physical Characterization of Food Products.
