Biography

My name is Huang Xin. I graduated from the College of Food Science and Technology of Huazhong Agricultural University in 2012. Mainly engaged in yeast and yeast processing product development and research. As the main participant, participate in some projects: The different conformations of Yeast cell wall related to immune, biological adsorption activity mechanism, Solid waste yeast cell wall resource utilization of key technology research and development, Comprehensive utilization of yeast as a biological feedstuff resource and industrialization. This is basic information for me, and the main research direction.
