Biography

She is currently working in University Of California San Francisco as Scientific Programmer Analyst. Her work is related to the genetic analysis of cancer studies, germ line infections and new born infant screening. The objective of the work is to apply advanced genomic sequencing and expert interpretation to provide more personalized and precise clinical care.

Research Interests

Genetics genomics next generation sequencing gene expression cancer biology survival analysis small and nonsmall cell lung cancer variant analysis drug discovery and docking studies.
